Balaclava Street

Collaborated with Abe Hutchinson of Abuilt, who is a very talented Ballarat based builder. 

Lots of timber in this project!!!   birch plywood cladding, Wormy Chestnut flooring  and even machined up the old hardwood studs to make the steps and a breakfast bar bench top.
